Kate Forest, RYT is a Self Care and Mindful Living Consultant, the Creator of Self Care Moments™, a Speaker, Trainer, and an Advanced Level Registered Yoga Teacher. Kate’s mission is to share short, simple Self Care and Mindful Living Skills that empower adults, adolescents, and children to release stress, build focus, and strengthen their social, emotional, cognitive, and physical health. She has been sharing her mindful approach to living and learning with universities, schools, families, individuals, and organizations for almost two decades and has a passion for sharing skills that she practices personally. Kate has a certificate in Mindfulness in Education along with extensive training in the practice of Yoga and Mindfulness, and she has completed The Fundamentals of Co-Active Coaching.

Kate's programs are based on her Five Principles and Eleven Skills of Self Care and Mindful Living, and The Body, Mind, Breath Connection™. She believes that Self Care is World Care and World Care is Self Care and when we create space in our busy lives to care for ourselves – even a few moments at a time – we have more energy, patience, focus, and compassion to share with others. This energy ripples out and affects our relationships, our communities, and our entire world in positive and peaceful ways.
